The project of the new building for trade and exhibition spaces was born with the intention of being a simple enclosure, open and characterized by a contemporary form. The structures have been designed to guarantee the use of construction technologies with prefabrication materials and systems, with a view to sustainability. The project pays attention to comfort, the well-being of staff and the permeability of natural light; in this regard it is expected that there will be large transparencies towards the outside and overhanging views with respect to the outer edge of the facade.

To protect the radiation the project foresees the use of brise-soleil to protect from direct sunlight, in order to avoid overheating. The projections with respect to the outer façade facing the pertinent space, enriched with tree and shrubby essences, take on an important formal importance. The arrangement of the overhangs and the different inclinations of the façade are determined by the analysis of the solar radiation on the basis of which they are oriented.
