A house located in a peri-urban area designed to maximize space. The work was designed to make possible a fluctuation in the air of a compact mass. The project respects the natural profile of the land, looking serenely towards the valley of the Eleutherium intertwining visual relationships with the urban center. Two strategies are used. The main one is to determine as much surface as possible in the center of the settlement, allowing you to enjoy a private space. The shape of the house and the relationship with the outside is strengthened, so that it can be perceived as a continuous whole.

The building develops along the edges: western and southern of the site, which, together with the finishing elements of the outer space, determine a sort of atrium. Given the steep slope of the land and the desire to develop housing on two floors. We opt for a three-dimensional structure of screens and slabs of reinforced concrete that adapt to the topography by intervening at minimum with the earthworks. This monolithic structure anchored to the ground generates a horizontal platform, with an additional access level, where the living area is located. The pool area is located on this level in a flat area of the site. The concrete structure is thermally insulated on the outside, with a smooth and flexible white plaster as a finish. The rest of the materials, walls, sidewalks … keep the same color emphasizing the unitary character.
