SLC Architects was founded in 2001 in Palermo. Currently active in Misilmeri (PA), the studio is composed of a team of young architects and engineers and specializes in residential, productive, urban and commercial projects, paying particular attention to the accuracy of details and dialogue with the client, which becomes an integral part of the project’s decision-making process.
Sharing, creativity and comparison are the basic elements of the team, which operates in a dynamic and motivating place.
Develop innovative and functional ideas to the needs of the client by giving a technical response to a specific context without neglecting the beauty of the built work, pursuing the satisfaction of all those who are actively involved in its development.
A feature of the design approach is the continuity with the surrounding environment, which becomes a reference for the architectural work, able to find morphological relationships in the place of settlement and become itself a tool for reading the landscape.
Salvatore Lo Cascio
Twenty years of experience in building design, since the beginning of his career he has dedicated himself to urban planning by carrying out urban redevelopment projects and developing regulatory plans on commission by several Sicilian Municipalities. Over the years he has specialized in building design, preferring well-defined lines, angular volumes and dictated inclinations; forms that all contribute to create a sense of control that characterizes the entire work. He participates in numerous seminars and conferences of urban planning and building design and plays the role of consultant at the ARS – IV commission – Environment and Territory.
