A villa in Palermo near the beach of Mondello, radiant in its clean whites, outlines the surrounding space according to perspectives that connect it with the background landscape of Castelforte. The pool on which the interior front is mirrored enhances the purity of contemporary design.
The project outlines some choices that in the design of the overhangs in the front front, enhances its relationship with the context, offering an exceptional screen to close the interior space.

The external staircase leads from the connection terrace facing the internal atrium, up to the immersion in the pool, also placing in direct external communication the spaces on the ground floor with the upper level, extending their use and livability.
The large windows are alternated with wall panels, placed in misalignment between the ground floor it is the first. The LM villa develops a play of surfaces and walls, which stand out from the main body. The front on the street has a projecting volume that delimits the first floor, it widens the horizontal dimension by projecting the building towards the outside.
