In compliance with these imposed constraints, the project provides for the arrangement of the outer space by defining two open spaces that generate two more “courts” in sequence to that of Villa Roccabianca, the first with two opposite wings: a contemporary one formed by the front of entrance to the historic building. The new building artifact, detached from the preexistence, is organized to determine another courtyard, repeating the same settlement logic as the main building, thus revisiting the typological theme of the court building.
